Is money everything?
"No." without another second of thinking, the word spurt. I did not provide any second to my answer. Merely, its my instinct. I looked back and thought about it, im neither realism nor idealism. Neutral.
Back to the realistic world, money could torment. How could one live without money? Easy enough to be understood. For us, working are definite with the reason: money support lives. Maslow Hierarchy of Needs theory applied to this scenario, physiological needs, safety, belonging, esteem and self-actualization. Different stages of needs require MONEY. So, it sounds pretty much like money has won the first round.
Now, Intangible substances play undeniably significant roles in lives. Could money buy time, knowledge, love, friendship, characteristic, lives... etc. ? Cruel and real in someway, these are all the constants of life. Anyone could have own any of these with or without money. Apparently money is a non-related factor, which the previous statement denoted. Now, i have come to the concensus that MONEY IS EVERYTHING, when the "EVERYTHING" defined as substance which is able to be quantified in money or value.
Does it sounds any different when i put it in this way ?
MONEY IS EVERYTHING, EVERYTHING IS MONEY.
I would say that, the latter part fits the arguments better.
Money will never be everything in one's life.
But everything in one's life, could be quantified in monetary value.
PS: What do you think?
